Led and supervised 54 technicians in a ‘24 by 7’ Maintenance Call Center that is the advocate for 300 Wireless providers Responsible for managing 13 technicians directly via the MSOC Model in order to Plan, Forecast, Execute, and Follow-up. Used MSOC reports to analyze technicians productivity, utilization, and effectiveness for training needs and development plans to improve quality administration and build team cohesiveness.
