Early experience in CSR initiatives taught me to think about customers in a broader sense, engaging consumers and influential stakeholders to create positive impact. By leading integrated accounts, I built insight into how media and messages best fit marketing opportunities, as well as how synergies between channels can amplify effectiveness. From automotive products to B2B services, I have connected targeted, impactful messaging with customer needs to deliver results. Better defining the customer needs led my teams develop better solutions. Presenting new and sometimes uncomfortable ideas to senior management has created consensus around major marketing realignments. While leading brand repositioning, I helped shape not only how customers see those brands but also the products and services behind the brand. I have followed this up with Design Thinking and engineering education that has strengthened my understanding of how to design solutions to customer needs, as well as market them.
