Larry F. Greene retired as the Executive Director of the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District on August 31, 2017. Larry has a Bachelors Degree in Science Education from NC State University, and Masters Degrees in Logistics Management from Florida Institute of Technology and Human Resources Education from Boston University. He is a Past-President of the California Air Pollution Control Officers Association (CAPCOA) (twice serving as President) and served as a permanent member on the CAPCOA Board of Directors. He is a Past President of the National Association of Clean Air Agencies (NACAA) and was Co-Chair of the Global Warming Committee. Larry served 23 years in the US Army where his specialty areas were Logistics Management and Petroleum Management/Operations and 22 years as Executive Director at Yolo-Solano AQMD and Sac Metro AQMD.
