Oversaw corporate HR operations in six-state region, with 10 district offices, an operating budget of $1.7M and responsibility for IT, logistics, and property exceeding $5M. Established and executed strategic vision for organization by analyzing market and trend data and forecasting required production targets to set goals and expectations to meet objectives.
