 Worked in several areas of Electric Distribution work as a Lineman, Dispatcher, Supervisor, and Supervisor Distribution Control (SDC). I have also supervised and managed maintenance work on Transmission Lines 138KV to 345KV. My career has included work in and with substations, metering, overhead and underground construction, and operations. Set guidelines, work procedures, and training requirements that more intensely trained Journeyman Lineman, helped established short and long term model contracts for union labor agreements, reduced construction cost, and improved processes to more accurately meet OSHA and the NESC guidelines. Directed safety programs and participated in meter audit programs to locate unbilled revenue. Supervise restoration activities during storms and day to day activities which include maintaining proper staffing levels, designing and implementing schedules, along with monitoring overtime as it relates to budgets and addressing system abnormalities. Coach, evaluate, and council employees and give assistance on system operation, computer (outage analysis systems) equipment, and SCADA in addition, to directing training classes in OSHA requirements relating to workmen’s protection
