My responsibility and focus, along with my Business Partner, is to build long lasting relationships with OEM's, Distributors and Dealerships with Absolute Results. The countries we are responsible for are Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia. Absolute Results is the world's premiere Private Sale Event company operating in 11 countries currently. Through leadership in technology, strategic partnerships and an "army" of automotive retail professional trainers, we help Dealers sell more cars and increase market share. After leading a world class team at Brown Bros Ford, I am excited and energized to reconnect with colleagues, friends and associates in New Zealand and Australia. Over the last 5 years as General Manager, I have been a customer of Absolute Results, working with them to strategically "farm" our data base and to plan focused appointment driven sales events within our Dealership. The partnership was part of our strategy that saw us consistently grow our business, becoming the number 1 volume Ford Dealership in British Columbia. I will be in New Zealand early in February, 2016. I look forward to working within the Automotive community assisting owners, Managers and Sales staff improve their performance.

Brown Bros Ford Lincoln is a large retailer of Fords and Lincolns and pre owned products, leading in market share and volumes throughout British Columbia. Year over year, we have experienced quantum leap improvements in our processes and customer handling skills, resulting in our Voice of Customer scores being best in zone compared to our immediate competitors.

As the founder of the original training company, I sold my shares in Fusion Performance Inc shortly after my arrival back in Canada. At that time I agreed to consult with the company should they request or require my services throughout Canada, New Zealand, Australia in both the automotive and financial industries.

The original training company was founded in 1987 under the name International Systems Superstars Inc. and later became CSI Training and Management. As the original founder, our products and services focused on the automotive industry. We later branched out into the Financial Services industry. The tremendous growth experienced over the last several years was the direct result of bringing on two partners. Mr. Warren Cederberg and Mr. Dan Leboe brought energy and experience. This company truly grew in the training and consulting arenas internationally largely due to our collective contacts and satisfied customers who continuously referred our services internationally. After 23 years of direct involvement, I decided to sell my interest in the company to my partners but still remain involved as a consultant for some of our world wide clients. The company now operates as Fusion Performance Inc. The company has both an automotive division, operating as Automotivaters and a division focused soley on the Financial Services industry.

Joined Bob McMillan as a partner in the company in January 2002. Responsible for operations which included growing all aspects of the business for sales, parts and service. I sold my shares in the company in 2008 and we returned to Canada late in 2009 to enjoy our childrens children.
