I have spent my entire life's work and career in the Automotive Industry. Starting in sales and having gained experience in every aspect of the Retail Automotive Dealership, I had the vision to start a training and consulting company to enhance and improve the industry. Starting with the goal to attract, train and place professionally trained sales staff into the retail automotive sales industry, the company gained tremendous momentum very quickly. Soon the company grew to include training and consulting to the Financial Services Industry and working with Automotive Manufacturers world wide, including such prestigious clients such as BMW, Maserati, Jaguar Land Rover and Toyota. We also grew to support every department within the retail Dealership environment, starting with leadership and Management through to the customer facing staff. I was fortunate enough to become a shareholder in New Zealand's largest retailer of BMW's in 2002. Upon my return to Canada, motivated by our children having children, I accepted the opportunity to work with a long standing client, the largest Ford and Lincoln Dealership in British Columbia, Brown Bros Ford Lincoln. I lead a very capable and professional team of Managers and staff and was very excited and motivated daily to improve on our performances. The acceptance of this opportunity necessitated the sale of my shares in the Training and Consulting company I founded. The original company continues to grow and prosper under the dynamic leadership of the colleagues and friends I sold it to.
