Current- Serve as leader of a team of 55 FSE’s and supervisors that spans 10 ½ states
- Leadership of FSE’s and Supervisorso Implement and enforce field service policies and procedures. o Resource management and account maintenance. Promote and enable collaboration across the company.o Standup meetings.
- Management of AOP, T&E, and OTo Forecast revenue targets. Currently responsible for over 25 million in revenue.o Quote and direct technical field repairs, calibration, IQ/OQ, and performance verifications.o Promote the.
- Employee developmento Recruit, hire and train new employees. Strengthen employee’s knowledge, technical, and people skills.
- Management of SLA’so Manage team to assure response time, days to repair, install response, and downtime are achieved. o Manage service level agreements and T&M jobs to assure they are kept within scope.
- PPI Process Managero Leads/participates in project and PPI teams as identified to improve business performance.
