TCFC Finance Co LLP owns the Park City Resort, the largest ski resort in the US, leased to and operated by Vail Resorts. Assets include Vail Lease, 3.5mm SF of development land at Canyons Village, 750 acres of land, Water Rights, and The Waldorf Astoria Park City.Completed new Master Plan for Canyons Village, Lower Village and Red Pine, collectively approximately 3.9 million square feet of new mixed-use development. Entitled and sold six development parcels totaling $90mm. Managed sales and marketing, and significantly improved financial performance at the Waldorf Astoria Park City. Completed multiple infrastructure projects, The Canyons Golf Course, initiated and closed a $26mm Special Assessment Bond to fund parking and employee housing.

Developed a leadership training program in partnership with John Maxwell Companies and participated in delivering the program company wide. With projects in Boston, Providence RI, New York, Baltimore MD, Washington DC and Raleigh NC. SBER developed +- $250mm annually, and was the largest generator of historic tax credits in the US. Projects included Harbor Point, Harbor East, Under Armor HQ, formerly Tide Point, the expansion and renovations of Fenway Park.
