The Project Coordinator and Network Specialist III is responsible to provide all aspects of tier 2 and tier 3customer service. This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring generated alerts, responding to alerts, and tracking alerts to resolution. Additionally, the Project Coordinator and Network Specialist III will respond to direct customer needs and requests using remote support tools, phone support, and on-site visits as necessary. The Project Coordinator and Network Specialist III is also responsible for providing assisting and mentoring internal technical staff. This position is also directly responsible for leading customer projects and implementing technical solutions.

Service Desk Coordinator and Network Specialist II Maintains and coordinate the dailyoperations of the service desk while also providing tier 1 and tier 2 technical support for technicians as well as customers.
