Global Support Lead
CurrentTechnical lead for ProxySG/ASG/ISG product lines.Responsible for:- Troubleshooting complex networking/proxy issues- Reviewing documentation and release notes for technical accuracy- Prioritize bugs for customer issues world wide- Mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with junior engineers- Liaison with engineering for hot issues, new product introduction, and engineering lead training on new products- Make engineering training available for support- Approve new patch/GA releases, ensuring software quality for customers- Authoring and correcting knowledge base articles- Assure that questions asked on internal chat/slack channels get answered- Create technical alerts for high-impact/far-reaching customer issues
