I was COO from 1986 until becoming CEO in 1990. During my 13 years with the company, we grew from about $5 million to 175 million in revenues, operated in over 30 states, achieved EBITDA margins of 34% and were publicly listed on NASDAQ as IHSC. The company went private in October of 2001.

Launched the nation’s first mobile fleet of computerized tomography (CT) services for an imaging services company, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Medical International (AMI NYSE).Grew business from $2 million to $40 million in revenues. Expanded business from California to 30 states and recruited and hired the entire management team. Negotiated 6 imaging center joint ventures with hospitals.
