Developed training materials to enhance individual preparedness, and business planning. Organized mobile command vehicle for CERT at incident sites. Coordinate information for data base use and effective utilization of volunteers. Leads brainstorming sessions to solve issues. Researches studies and reports to anticipate result of expected disaster situations.

Snowball Express is a charity for children of fallen soldiers. We bring families to major cities for a week of free activities to provide a break, some joy and and opportunity to do things they might not be able to on their own. The 2008 event was in Anaheim, Ca., for Disneyland, Universal Studios, and other events. 2009 was held in Dallas for over 70 activities at Southfork Ranch, Mesquite Ranch, and Cowboy Stadium. American Airlines provides 8 charter aircraft and crews. Sponsors provide hotel rooms and many other contributors make these events completely free to the families. Over 1300 family members and more than 600 volunteers are involved making this a huge affair for the city and the organization.
