Me and my team manage 100+ cashiers. After they go through our extensive hiring process we send them through our checker training to ensure that they are checking out our guests in the most efficient way possible. But also making sure they are proving exemplary customer service that Central Market is know for. As an assistant service manager there are times that we have to couch our cashiers to make sure they are making the best decisions and following our policies and procedures. Also making sure the hours we schedule are good for the business, at times we do have to adjust the hours so we are being profitable. Every week I got over PET tools (loss prevention) to look for any trends or anything that my not be within our policies. It's a very fast pace business and I am always learning new things.
