About Larry Chane

I concentrate my practice in the areas of estate and tax planning, primarily for owners of closely held businesses, executives, and professionals. In this capacity, I advise my clients on the federal, state, and local tax issues that affect them and their businesses and the transfer of wealth from one generation to another. I provide advice and counsel on sophisticated estate and income tax planning techniques involving, life insurance, generation skipping, succession planning and planned charitable giving.I am a fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. I have served as adjunct professor at Villanova University School of Law in the Graduate Tax Program, teaching a course entitled “Tools and Techniques of Estate Planning,” and am a past president of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.
