Senior Employee Experience Manager
Current• Manage and facilitate new hire onboarding program focused on creating connections, providing resources, and success preparation resulting in 95.9 NPS from employees completing program• Improve onboarding program including adding 8 asynchronous learning modules to more strategically use synchronous time during onboarding, refocusing content towards product education and advocacy resulting in 100% of employees expressing a stronger understanding of product, and adding intentional connection building including new hire mixer and increased use of tools such as Gatheround• Introduce innovative onboarding and engagement practices leveraging multiple tools such as Sora, Lessonly, Workday, Slack, and Google Suite products.• Creation and management of Manager Onboarding program, departmental onboarding standards, and Time to Ramp events focused on providing consistent support for new hires throughout throughout their first 90 days• Assisting in additional company engagement programs including facilitating workshops, co-planning company retreats, and serving on project based teams
