I am an IT Service delivery manager with over 15 years of direct IT customer service experience in both the federal and private sectors. I have both a strong managerial and technical background with extensive experience leading teams of up to 35 end-user PC/server support technicians in a predominantly Windows environment of corporations ranging from 300 to over 6000 internal customers. My skills extend to vendor selection, project management and selection and support of auxiliary services and systems common to desk-side support such as VTC, smart devices and printers.I take responsibility for the satisfactory operation and support of all computer equipment and work closely with my customers to ensure their needs and SLA's are met with minimal intrusion into their workday. My philosophy is to build or transform a team that is proud of their work and workplace. We share information, back each other up and succeed as a team working toward the same goal.I am a strong supporter of the ITIL framework and tie it closely with Knowledge Centered Support. I would love the opportunity to work in an environment that is actively applying these ideas to its IT practices, or has reached a point that it intends to grow in these areas.
