I founded COSS Systems (ERP) and have implemeted three ERP system at my companies. I began my apprenticeship in 1980 and completed a CNC certified apprenticeship and programmer in 1983. TDP Aerospace was founded in 1980 and we worked as a family and grew the company to 70++ employees, 40,000 sq. ft. plant making tier two Aerospace products. I was a machinist, then plant manager, scheduler and operations managerWe sold the business in 2000 and I started a new CNC Aerospace shop in 2003. This company began with Aerospace and eventually made products for the Audio Industry specifically large record players and accessories. We operated two E-commerce site, inventory control, advanced ERP for shop/materials and the benefit of integrated accounting. We managed over 5,000 customers and actively used Microsoft DYNAMICS to help us manage our customers and shop floor activities like job tracking, costing, scheduling and purchasing/material control and traceability. After 33 years in manufacturing I joined VOX ISM and I would like to offer my experience to assist in implementing Microsoft Dynamics to Canadian manufacturers.
