CurrentThe Director of Facility Management’s primary duties include overseeing maintenance operations and procurement of contractors to complete various capital improvement projects for a portfolio of properties. The Director of Facilities Management interfaces closely with the Regional Managers in identifying, implementing, and completing short- and long-term capital improvement and preventative maintenance programs. This person’s authority includes monitoring maintenance and safety training programs. Additional responsibilities include preparing contracts for any third party work and implementing maintenance initiatives that improve effectiveness and profitability.
