• Responsible for all PeopleSoft's reporting and analytic tools, including PS/nVision, PS/Query, Crystal Reports, Tree Manager, Report Manager, Process Scheduler, Cube Manager, Essbase, PowerPlay, and Charting.• Managed the projects for migrating all reporting tools from client/server to internet-based applications.• Managed the project for adding charting and visualization into the core infrastructure for developing PeopleSoft applications. This involved setting requirements, evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and delivering the features.• Managed all usability testing performed in PeopleTools 8.44.• Managed the release definition and scoping process for the “Blue” release of PeopleTools
