About Larry Hale

Broad background in healthcare, including acute care hospital, out-patient clinic, home health care, and long term care. This experience ranges from front line clinician to corporate level management of multiple sites. My experience includes facility transitions into the Medicare PPS reimbursement structure (and subsequent changes as that system evolves). I've also transitiioned staff and facilities into contract therapy programs and some back to in-house rehab programs. My goal is to run a program with the utmost in professionalism and ethics while providing the quality of care and the nurturing environment our residents deserve.Specialties: A veteran of many years as a representative of organized (healthcare) labor, holding local positions as well as a State level office, I have participated in negotiating many contracts in the healthcare field.
