Larry Huston is Founder of 4iNNO, the leading Open Innovation and Growth consultancy. Larry also serves as chief innovation officer of Spencer Trask Collaborative Innovations, a venture capital firm applying Open Innovation to recreate the venture capital model. Larry is a Wharton Fellow and teaches Growth and Innovation at the University of Pennsylvania Aresty Institute. Larry is the Founder of inno360, an open innovation enterprise platform that manages global innovation networks, and a recent Edison Gold Medal winner. Formerly, Larry was Vice President of Innovation for Procter & Gamble and created P&G’s Connect + Develop Open Innovation Business Model.Larry’s consulting activities are focused on the toughest challenges that CEOs face: driving organic growth through innovation and implementing broad based culture change toward Open Innovation. A current focus is to create and implement new Innovation Operating Models with CEOs in developing regions such as Latin America and Southeast Asia.Larry’s approach has been presented in Harvard Business Review, CNBC, books such as Mavericks at Work, Wikinomics, and Macro Wikinomics: Rebooting Business and the World, and by The Economist’s Innovation Awards. Larry has twice received the Wharton School’s Industry Leader Award.
