I have taught Use of Force, Firearms, Arrest, Search and Seizure, Police Driving, Basic Tactics, Officer Survival techniques, and many other areas, to name a few within Federal, State, and Local Law Enforcement.I have extensive training in the ISD and ADDIE models of curriculum development and many hours of continuing education and college study that have helped me be a better teacher and instructor.My goal is to manage an efficient training organization that includes a progressive training format that will focus on student-centered learning to maximize student performance and minimize training downtime.Specialties: Curriculum development, Task analysis, research and development, and new course development (Pilot Programs).
