Larry has over thirty-five years experience in manufacturing and logistics environments andover twenty years installing engineered labor standards (ELS) and deploying labormanagement systems (LMS) for many companies.Larry’s ELS project experience includes Baxter HealthCare, Nash Finch, Fleming Companies, Albertsons, Frito-Lay, Jo-Ann Stores, Roundy’s, C&S Wholesale, Hannaford Bros., Henry Schein, Save Mart, ShopKo, KaneIsAble, JCPenney, CVS Pharmacies, Jewel Food Stores, Hy-Vee, Ahold, K-VA-T Food Stores, Henry Schein and Wegmans, to name a few.He has a strong background in the areas of food and beverage, retail, grocery, HBA andfood service with experience in design and development of ELS, implementation of LMSsolutions and union relations.Larry has implemented engineered labor standards for the following LMS solutions:Infor (formerly Dallas Systems, EXE, and SSA Global), NextView, Albertsons, and IBM(formerly World Wide Chain Stores). He has also advised companies such as Oracle, CDC Software (formerly Catalyst), HighJump, and MARC Global onthe design and development of packaged LMS applications.Prior to founding ACL, Larry managed the LMS/ELS practice for TranSystems andESYNC and he owned Resource Management Services which specialized in ELSprojects. Before Resource Management Services, Larry had operational/P&Lresponsibility in manufacturing, fleet, and warehouse operations for Pepsi-Cola, Coca-Cola, Perrier and ColorTile.
