Worked with direct-report Crew Leaders to ensure quality and flow of field work to complete over 16,000 cases in fast-paced, time-sensitive enumeration effort.

• Spanish-language specialist Recruiter for Twin Cities Metro area. Developed and implemented (from scratch, in Spanish and English) recruiting plan to bring Spanish-speaking applicants to the 2010 Census. • Created plan for outreach to Hispanic/Latino community and business organizations, as well as developing and deploying a media plan to radio and print outlets throughout the Twin Cities area. • Successfully met and exceeded all recruiting goals for bilingual enumerators.
