Projects included retail banking account management process redesign, retail banking call center operations redesign and CRM selection, insurance IT operations improvements, and M&A application, security and operations evaluations.

Projects included credit card member data analysis, broker dealer new account business process management, P&C insurance ITIL governance and PMO implementation and pharma CFR 11 document management

Partnered with software sales to solution and deliver Content Management and Business Process Management COTS solutions including audit \ SOX, claims and population health management to Financial Service, Insurance, Government and Pharma clients.

Program Director with responsibility for engagement management, strategic consulting, solution architecture and application development of web-based solutions. Developed eCommerce solutions for credit card, student lending and commercial load origination.

As Program Manager led the design, implementation and rollout of mobile phone customer relationship management (CRM) and billing capabilities. Projects included new mobile phone platforms for regional bell operating companies as well as European competitive carriers in France, Belgium and Germany. As a Programmer and Architect was responsible for designing and implementing mobile phone customer care, billing and provisioning capabilities on object oriented and distributed platforms.
