I have been active in Real Estate since early 2001. During my early years I was asked to Mentor new agents at my first Real Estate company. During that time which was approximately 1 1/2 years, I helped Mentor and train at times 18 to 20 agents. My team of agents was nominated by the Austin Business Journal for Team of the year. Since then I have been with another larger Real Estate company and served on that companys board of directors for about 2 years. I have also served on the Government Affairs Committe at the Austin Board Of Realtors. Recently have joined Avalar Lifestyle Austin Realtors with their family oriented business model and team concept seems to fit more with todays fast paced lifestyles.

Joined Texas Land and Homes in April 2005.

I served as a Mentor Agent, training new agents how to better function and serve their clients. The number of agents varied from 5 to 6 agents to at one point 18 to 20. My Team volume the last year I was with C 21 First Place, averaged in excess of $1,000,000 per month.
