This company was created with the goal of coming along side small business entrepreneurs to determine the growth goals and developing grass roots strategies to achieve these goals within given time lines. Once the marketing strategies are determined IMS works hands on to both employ this strategy and to train staff to implement these newly developed marketing strategies. The end result being a small company learning to set and realize both short term goals from a marketing and growth perspective.
