I have a passion for helping. I began my professional career in customer service and that's where my heart still is. I have excellent interpersonal skills and can work with and communicate effectively with anyone from the top down. That's partly due to having professional opportunities that have allowed for that, but it's also something that comes easily in my personal relationships. I incorporate empathy and active listening in almost all of my interactions.While I am comfortable working in almost any situation, I enjoy working with customers. It's something in which I possess the personality and skillset to succeed, but also something I find fulfilling. It is incredibly gratifying to know that you have assisted someone else in achieving their goal or task.In addition to my interpersonal skills, I'm a strong problem solver and have the ability to take in information, process it, and create a plan for moving forward. I'm also a creative person, finding gratification in finding a different way of doing things. I pursue much of my creativity in my personal life by writing stories and filming and editing videos. I've also started learning a little bit of graphic design and hope to develop that skill more in the future.I hope to find a career and opportunities that allow me to find a true balance in all of these skills and abilities, while also having room to learn new ones.
