As a senior member of IT leadership (CTO role) of a recent GECC acquisition, led the enterprise-wide reengineering effort that ultimately resulted in returning the business to 20% ROE from breakeven. Directed multiple functions including business process analysis, business integration of new systems, technology architecture, data center operations, and telecommunications.
