• Consolidated multiple (25) SIP voice trunks in two (2) SIP trunks configured with auto-failover. Unified 2400+ Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers funneling multiple SIP trunks into two SIP circuits (with auto failover).
• Led multiple managed print service negotiations to improve and consolidate network printing and copiers across the organization saving $250,000 per year. Simultaneously, implemented APIs that automated print/copy cost.
