As Regional Sales Operations Manager I am part of the European Management Team in Honda's Motorcycle Division. I am responsible for Honda's commercial planning in Europe, including budget strategy in line with the Motorcycle Division's business plan, sales forecasting and achievement as well as functional and operational management for 6 Countries (DE, ES, NL, BEB, CH & PT) whilst meeting our European business objectives for volume and profitability and ensuring Honda No.1 position in European sales for motorcycle.This includes presentation of country performance and improvement plans as part of the European Sales reviews to the HME board and HME president as well as sharing best practice across the Pan-European region.
