The focus of this internship lies in the development and realization of major agile transformation processes in the telecommunication industry in terms of customer relationship and responsiveness. I have had the opportunities to develop a strategic change architecture, optimize internal communication operations, assess behavioral KPI measurement as well as craft intercultural preparations for up to seven countries in four continents. Additionally, I have acquired expertise in joint-coaching software tool opportunities to external clients executed in a remote collaboration team.

The functional practice Company Rebuilding at Detecon assists companies in the transformation of digital ecosystems, innovation and agile work organisations. As an intern I actively contribute in multiple agile organizational transformation projects for telecommunications and automotive clients.Additionaly, my engagement as a member of the "Agile Agents" team provides me experience as a Scrum Master for the functional practice in preparing weekly meetings, analyzing feedback and developing an overview on the status quo of the emloyees in the practice Company Rebuilding.Due to my passion for the exploitation of diversity in organizations I'm delighted to be a part of the "Future Diversity" team working on multiple approaches for promoting and enhancing cultural, gender-related and technological diversity at Detecon.

Until the winter semester 2016 the KarlsBeratung had been focusing on assisting local SME. My work concerning internal, future-oriented change processes resulted in the fruitful implementation of coaching as one major pillar of the company portfolio. By designing and executing trainings and workshops as well as innovative and analytical project work with local companies, cities and municipalities we established the KarlsBeratung further in the local labor market.

NAO Drinks was a student-run start-up in the “Early-Stage” when my Co-Region-Head and I joined the team to establish Karlsruhe as the first supra-regional location leading towards a national expansion. Developing business ideas as well as hands-on improvement of the online and offline customer touchpoints for B2B and B2C set the basis for NAO to be amongst the fastest growing nutrition startups in Germany in 2018.

The "Advanced Company Project" provided the most exciting of all projects for our project team as we worked with the ArianeSpace Group to optimize customer communications in the space industry and develop business models for the future in the NewSpace market. These focused primarily on the possibilities of electrical space travel and mega constellations.

In the third semester, within the "Introductory Company Projects" module, we worked together in the project team on optimizing the professional social networking between the city of Karlsruhe and their developing and striving start-up founders. In the course of this, a network analysis of all public and private players of the "Gründerallianz Karlsruhe" gave us information about the status quo and led us to structural, strategic recommendations for action.
