Van Beurden Techniek has once again showcased their exceptional expertise and efficiency with an impressive feat at the Bosch Plant in Tilburg. Over a span of just three weeks, they completed one revision on the Feintool AG Fine Blanking Presses, type XFT/MFA - and they did this overhaul a total of eight times.Despite navigating stringent safety protocols and operating within a confined workspace, the team flawlessly executed the revisions, totaling 300 million strokes, to ensure the presses' optimal functionality around the clock.Challenges such as limited access and the continuous production environment were expertly overcome. Handling steel blocks weighing over 1 ton amidst stringent safety standards was no small feat.In this dynamic environment, the invaluable assistance of Mr. Ron and his forklift expertise proved indispensable. Every component, meticulously numbered and photographed, seamlessly found its place in an external warehouse post-installation, minimizing any disruption to operations.This achievement underscores the unwavering dedication of the Van Beurden Techniek team to excellence.
