Led initiative to enhance the Navy Red Team training program resulting in a 55% increase in cybersecurity workforce readiness; identified shortcomings in established training program, developed a proposal to reprioritize training and obtained a $125K increase in annual funding.Represented Navy Red Team at multiple working groups hosted by the Joint Chiefs of Staff to support the development of training standards for all DoD Red Teams.As a certified DOD Red Team voting member, supported multiple DOD Red Teams re-certifications. Developed and implemented a Plan of Action and Milestones for two new operational capabilities for Navy Red Team, in preparations for the team’s NSA recertifying event. Identified a need and developed a comprehensive budget proposal for Navy Red Team funding requirements, leading to a $2.2 million increase in annual funding. Developed Standing Ground Rules, Standard Operating Procedures, Test Plans, and Memorandums of Agreements for customers.
