I've been composing and performing since about 10. I got my start in Blues and Rock learning and performing with Rock and Roll After School program (Phoenixville) and their Super Group, including as lead vocalist for the Blues Kings for 5 years at the Phoenixville Blues Festival, a local TedX performance, and a workshop and performance with famed Beck/Michael Jackson guitarist, Jennifer Batten. We created and performed a ton of original music and also did covers with our own twist. In High School, I attended the Boston Conservatory HS Composing Intensive and spent my HS years focusing on neo-classical composition.While preparing my audition scores and applying for conservatories I attended The Wells School of Music at West Chester University as a Continuing Ed student and was proud to receive offers of admission from New England Conservatory, Boston Conservatory, and Peabody. It was a tough choice, but I chose and began attendance at NEC.
