Through out all these years, I have been working with some of the largest Nordic companies except for 2 years, where I was Head of Broker Sales at SEB Pension. My main objectives as a broker: - Visibility - Communication - Tenders - Follow-upsI have special knowledge about: - Top management and development of insurance broker companies - Sales - International insurance and pension solutions - Cross border solutions for commuters in the Øresund area - Multinational pooling - Expatriate solutions - Change from defined benefit (DB) pension plans to defined contribution (DC) pension plans - Captives - IAS19 accounting - The process of changing from commissions to fees (commission ban)
