With a BS in Engineering and Engineering Management from Northern Illinois University, I co-founded and co-manage The Q Collective, a group of multidisciplinary professionals who provide innovative solutions to our clients' distinct challenges. We have successfully delivered projects in various domains, such as automotive, commercial appliances, and retail merchandising, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.My extensive experience in business development, strategy, and product marketing enables me to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships, and drive growth and profitability. For example, I led the development and coordination of the North American market plan for Ledpulse Technologies, a software and content provider for LED lighting systems, and secured a large contract with a major retailer. I also specialized in aftermarket and accessories for Marking Specialists Group, a leader in custom graphics and labeling solutions, and increased the revenue by 20% in three years. I am motivated by the passion to create value, solve problems, and make a positive impact.
