As an Engineering Manager, I led our Marketing Technology teams and was responsible for developing, maintaining, and integrating marketing technology solutions across Web, Messaging, CRM, and AdTech channels. Some of my notable work includes:■ Successfully initiated and managed the implementations for both Datorama and Segment platforms. Datorama helped us remove a significant amount of manual Excel work and automate reporting across over ten paid ad channels, ensuring efficient marketing budget spending. Segment dramatically simplified the handling of user behavior and analytics data by only sending it to a single service from front-end clients, adding a schema to enforce accurate data, and enabling easy turn-key integrations to easily activate data on other critical marketing platforms.■ Created and maintained automated scripts (Python & Javascript) that correctly integrates affiliate platform data into Datorama and M1's internal promotions service. This work saved us many hours of manual work every week and enabled hourly updates for reporting instead of weekly.■ Implemented custom Apex (Java) and Ampscript (JS) code to automatically connect to our CDP (Segment) to ensure compliance for clients who have opted out of marketing communication. This work reduced the time required for this task by over 95%, improved compliance, and reduced the firms legal liability.
