I am an experienced product & project manager with hands-on data science background. My ambition & passion is for innovative initiatives leveraging data & advanced analytics. I describe my leadership side as collaborative; clear on problem and goal, but humble that I know the best solutions and rather seeking partnerships to achieve them. My projects have included manage internal & external developers from different countries & locations, co-creating with customers, agile approach for efficient approach & outcome. I have hands-on background as lead data scientist & business intelligence; advanced analytical projects & implementations of CRM, Next best actions, credit risk, business analysis, Mobility analytics and product development around data. With a prestige less personality and Openness to experience, I am just as comfortable running workshops to innovate with extrovert customers, as in doing technical problem solving and planning work sprints with agile team of introvert developers. I am married and have three daughters. We lead an active lifestyle. On weekends I enjoy sailing my classic yacht from 1939, or play veteran ice-hockey with the local club Segeltorps IF. I am a ski trainer for youths in Huddinge, Sweden’s largest Alpine Ski Club, and involved in my daughter’s equestrian club.
