I have the responsibility for the three largest third party suppliers that delivers IT-material for between 300 million SEK to 1 billion SEK each. In my work I have close contacts with the suppliers to follow up and improve the qualities of their deliveries based on our demands and need. During my work with the suppliers I have increased our cooperation which can be seen in our KPI measurements but as well in their transparency and support in their deliveries and our escalations. I´m doing continues KPI that I presented in our quarterly Management reviews. My work is on Strategic and Tactical level but also had parts of more operational nature when it comes to customer and customer projects escalations from our regions. I was the last level of the escalation before it goes to higher management.

Responsibel to implement our Supply Process to our newly acquired Israeli company. My responsibility was to coordinate the implementation and secure resources for a quick and firm implementation of the SW-supply chain for the new companies products and at the same time motivate and secure not to lose local resources and speed. The Project group consisted of 10 person from different responsibilities like product-, Packaging-, IT and Trade. Important was to take advantage of the positive environment at Fabrix but also take advantage of their processes and ways of working to improve the Ericsson process. The implementation went well and I kept the budget as well as the implementation time with margin.

Responsible for the market demand scenario and making of the multimedia medium range plan. Provide tactical demand advise towards the Market Unit and the Business unit and responsible for Supply Chain development. Responsible of supply governance towards key suppliers. A large part of the role was to handle escalations and take prioritization decisions and also support customer units in supply matters.

As manager for Administration I was responsible for the administration for salary payment, personnel, rehabilitation and education. I and my department was heavily involved in the work around the reduction of the factory personnel in Gävle after the notice of reduction.
