Migration of users and computers to a single directory service (Active Directory), including file, print and deployment. The project objective is to provide end-users with a better it-service and to consolidate 11 active directories, 62 file systems, 18 print servers and 11 deployment solutions (not finished).Acquisition (through an EU tender) and implementation of an IT Service Management System to the it-department. The most important aspect was introducing ITIL Incident Management and Service request processes. The system has approx. 350 users.Organizational implementation of a joint mail and calendar system for 12,000 employees at the university.
