•Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team, reporting to the CEO and CFO. •Responsible for the daily schedule of multiple executives, ensuring that their days run smoothly and efficiently by anticipating needs, communicating key changes, & directing them to meetings in a timely manner.•Cultural Ambassador of the company•Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, for the CEO, CFO, Senior Management Team, as well as the entire company, as needed. Travel coordination including flights, hotel accommodations, car services and rentals; creating personalized travel itineraries for each trip.•Plan, coordinate, and prepare for meetings and all company events, on and off site, managing logistics including invitations, room reservations, and catering. •Organize and maintain calendars for key executives by coordinating meetings and conference rooms, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring that the entire team remains informed and prepared.•Edit or create presentations, spreadsheets, reports, newsletters and handouts.•Reconcile executive expense reports and invoices, using Expensify or internal invoices.•Maintain all employee, vendor, and investor directories and distribution lists.
