• Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team, reporting to the CEO and CFO.
• Responsible for the daily schedule of multiple executives, ensuring that their days run smoothly and efficiently by anticipating needs, communicating key changes, & directing them to meetings in a timely manner.
• Cultural Ambassador of the company
• Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, for the CEO, CFO, Senior Management Team, as well as the entire company, as needed. Travel coordination including flights, hotel accommodations, car.
• Plan, coordinate, and prepare for meetings and all company events, on and off site, managing logistics including invitations, room reservations, and catering.
• Organize and maintain calendars for key executives by coordinating meetings and conference rooms, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring that the entire team remains informed and prepared.
