Project Coordinator
CurrentOversees all aspects of the tasks involved in the Governance Oversight Team consisting of 40 Senior Executive Members presiding over logistical needs for each governance board• Tracks the development, operations, strategically align solutions, and implementation of the integrated strategies to enhance services; Evaluates quantitative/qualitative metrics on the effectiveness of program operations to meet established goals and objectives• Identifies discrepancies to provide recommendations proposing solutions to problems by researching analytical data and knowledge of current executive administrative principles and policies • Provides effective process improvement initiatives to align with team goals to brief senior-level leadership• Develops reports on statistical data and trends to support making informed decisions regarding budget preparation, resource allocation, resource utilization, and policymaking in accordance with government best practices assuring compliance with the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA) and OIT Governance Framework• Monitors project execution in accordance with VA guidance while cultivating best practices• Partners with team members to develop goals, strategies, and tactics that support strategic management and contributes to projects involving governance and other special projects
