Dean Consulting and Supervision provides training on diversity and inclusion as well as a wider variety of mental health topics. Key audiences include corporations, colleges and universities, public schools, and conferences. Dean Consulting also provides curriculum development and training materials.

Develop curriculum and training materials for contracted companies. Provide educational trainings for various stakeholders.

Teaching related appointment with an expectation for scholarly accomplishment. Teaching activities include classroom instruction, directing projects, and assisting with student research for graduate students enrolled in the Counseling program.
