Gemalto's Methods Engineers are responsible for the execution of projects, studies and data analysis of all types needed to support the manufacturing process. Perform a wide variety of duties to devise, plan and apply the most efficient methods in manufacturing products consistent with quality standards, production schedules, equipment capability and availability.- Develop, evaluate, document and advance manufacturing methods and processes through Lean techniques and Kaizen events.- Analyze and re-engineer production layout in order to implement efficiency and quality improvement projects across production lines. - Collaborate with administrative, H&S and Quality Control teams to establish viable support and implementation of safety standards. - Develop, implement and assist with Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) checklist, 5S Stand Operation Protocols, and the generation of Standard Work processes for specific operations.

-Worked with engineers, contractors, and various operation teams to complete a technical evaluation to build a preliminary and detailed energy savings model for assigned scope -Perform on-site data collection at customer facilities in order to perform solution designs or detailed development tasks. -Developed site specific presentations to be given to each potential customer

-Generate A-Plus convenience store (C-Store) equipment list for Sunoco’s co-op and franchise locations -Support engineers in the implementation of c-store building architecture and food and beverage equipment -Assist marketing team responsible for standardization of designs, imaging, and signs

-Support Sr. Process Engineers in the optimization of the production process through improving equipment efficiency-Creating, maintaining, and optimizing manufacturing processes required to assure the on-time and cost effective delivery of new and existing products -Preparing and executing process validation protocols, cleaning validation protocols, PQs, and commissioning plans
