High Performance Director and Head Coach for Badminton Australia. working closely with the Australian Institute of Sport, the Australian Olympic Committee, the Commonwealth Games Association, State Institutes, Badminton Oceania and the Badminton World Federation. Lasse has taken players to more than twenty World Championships as well as to Beijing, London and Rio Olympics.

I was managing and coaching at Vendsyssel Badminton Klub (VBK) that also was a Badminton Denmark (BD) Talent Center for top juniors age 12 - 17. I was part of a group of people that started the club in 2007 because we were passionate about developing talented badminton players. The club won medals at national championships.

Nordjyllands Idrætshøjskole is a Danish Folk High School for physical education. For a Dane, folk high schools signify both a historical movement and a modern educational institution for life-long education and learning. I's a boarding school and students may come from all parts of the world. However, the student has to be at least 17 and a half years old at the starting date of the course.I was teaching Social Science and Badminton and providing the students with a badminton coaching education.
