• Focus on the daily operations needed to successfully run clients’ multi-channel marketing campaigns• Supervise the campaign specialists as they perform their tasks of the production workflow• Responsible for consulting with clients through effective communication• Document processes and suggest process improvements where necessary• Train and support new and existing team members internally and externally• Lead team meetings, set clear weekly goals, and assist team with reaching those goals• Participate in ongoing account leadership meetings to provide status updates and to assist with current and future client needs• Prioritize project management tasks, including setting clear client expectations and ensuring the team exceeds those expectations• Coordinate assets between cross-functional teams and departments• Provide a second level of support to campaign specialists as necessary throughout the execution process

• Execute the necessary processes to deliver data products and information to customers utilizing data processing tools• Set up, submit, process and audit jobs according to business requirements• Monitor execution of data standardization, cleansing and enhancement processes• Review and validate input data, data formatting specifications and output requirements• Audit result data sets to verify correctness• Perform validation on the output data based on the original business requirements• Identify any data or processing issues and immediately provide the appropriate notification for resolution• Create, review and maintain customer specific data documentation• Perform billing for customer work when applicable• Advise customer on process improvements and/or optimum use of data• Ensure that customer project requirements, objectives and deliverables are clearly defined• Research and resolve any data or process issues according to customer specifications, software limitations and data constraint• Manage small to large scale projects/campaigns• Experience with testing and implementation of new campaigns, processes, and processing environments• Utilize SQL load scripting to load data to database tables• Build table shells for database loads• Update table database structures when necessary• Website design testing• Test script writing• Document job processes and update as necessary

• Facilitate classes in the Business/Information Technology content area• Prepare lesson plans catered to weekly objectives• Review and grade writing papers and other projects
