Develop, coordinate, schedule and resource internal and external training for United States Army Military District of Washington (MDW) and Joint Forces Headquarters (JFHQ) – National Capital Region (NCR) personnel to include overseeing the training budget. Prepares and publishes the Commanding General's Semi-Annual Training Guidance. Responsible for planning, resourcing and executing the MDW Company Commander First Sergeant Course (CCFSC), Training Stand Down Day and the Command’s Organizational Inspection Program (OIP). Serves as the unit quota manager and project manager for the Defense Support to Civil Authorities Phase II course, conducted annually in the NCR.

Korea

Iraq

Provided maintenance support oversight, monitored maintenance readiness and mobilization of over 260,000 Army National Guard and Army Reserve Component Soldiers located in 21 states and 49 commands throughout the western area of responsibility and six assigned Training Support Brigades. Responsible for monitoring the repair of all National Guard and Reserve Component equipment mobilizing and de-mobilizing from nine mobilization stations in the western area of responsibility. Also tracked repair parts and coordinating with item managers to expedite shipment when needed.

Fort Carson, Co

Responsible for resolving logistics issues impacting the readiness of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 3d Armored Calvary Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division (Mechanized), 10th Special Forces Group, 43d Area Support Group and three enhanced National Guard Brigade from Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Oregon. Planed and monitored logistical programs and initiatives focused of enhancing the warfighting and deployment capabilities of assigned units. Developed and executed staff estimates, orders, predictive studies, and analysis for the Command Group. Served as the primary liaison and logistics trainer for the 39th Enhanced Separate Infantry Brigade, Arkansas National Guard. Primary advisor to the G4 on repair parts, logistics systems, and the maintenance posture of Active and Reserve Component Units.

Darmstadt, Germany

Managed a 239 Soldier Direct Support Maintenance Company consisting of an automotive/armament platoon, ground support equipment platoon, repair parts supply support activity platoon, and four maintenance support teams. Provided direct support maintenance and repair parts support to 57 units on an area support basis and served as reinforcing support to the 1st Armored Division (AD). Responsible for maintaining unit readiness, combat readiness and effectiveness. Accountable for $25M in organizational equipment and installation property.

Kaiserslautern, Germany

Principle coordinating staff officer for logistics, and focal point for property management and accountability procedures for a Brigade consisting of two movement control battalions with personnel in Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Belgium. Responsible for contracted services, leasing of equipment, reports of survey, and validating government purchase credit card purchase. Directly supervised one Officer, two non-commissioned officers and one soldier.

Korea

Responsible for providing direct supply support to over 200 Eight United States Army units throughout Korea. Conducted receipt, storage and issue of clothing And equipment , packaged petroleum, barrier material, limited sundry items and major end items processing with over 3000 customer issues per month valued at over $168M annually. Conducted direct support receipt, storage and issue of subsistence during field training exercises and crisis situations. Responsible for the leadership, training, welfare and discipline of 32 soldiers, 12 Korean Augments to the US Army, 12 Korean Serve Corps, and 26 Korean Nationals.
