Later I have involved myself in learning Mainframe & getting into a Mainframe Development project for about 3 years for the retail client & performed roles like Developer , Module leader and onsite co-ordinator. After which I had taken up the role as Project Leader and led Telecom projects in both Maintenance and Development Environment. Then I got inspired in Quality & process for Software projects and learnt and excelled in Process and Quality Models such as CMMI, TBEM, ISO and Internal Integrated Quality Management System & taken up roles like Quality Manager, Software Engineering Process Group Head and Branch Audit Group Head for various Domains such as Telecom, Banking & Insurance Projects. In alignment with that I had transformed as Process Consultant and performed the role for above 2 years and handled multiple Process and Testing Consultancy Assignments. I had been the Project Manager for couple of Maintenance Projects. Later, I had been as a Account delivery Manager managed the delivery of the Banking account for more than a year. And currently am heading process Deployment and Quality Management for a large account in Insurance. I had been deputed to onsite locations such as USA, UK, Dubai, Singapore for various engagements. My goal is to excel further in Delivery Management and Process Improvement and Deployment and taken up a role which would give me the combination of these flavours.Competence : Delivery Management, Program Management, Project Management, Quality Management, Process Management, Software Development, Maintenance and Enhancement.
