👋🏽 Hi, my name is Latia Moore🌇 Nashville area native, with a passion for creating healthy, supportive environments for children, leaders, and teams. 📚 I started my career as a temp, verifying contact information for a system migration. I rapidly advanced to top collector within four months of full-time employment. This exponential growth awarded me CEO/CFO recognition, promotion, special projects leader, and so much more. This has been the pattern of success for each one of my positions; exceeding metrics, process improvements, and special projects. I learned hunger and accuracy early in my academic and career journeys.💻 Career counseling and data analysis are my two passions. I am actively working towards improving my knowledge of data visualization as well as receiving certification for career counseling. I take full advantage of tutorials, programs, and web-based learning to complete my goal. 🏔 Sports and community work are a big part of my family life. I am honored to be included in the amazing pool of mothers/teammates/entrepreneurs that are active at home and in their community. I love this balance! As proven, women have been leading the charge in multi-tasking, leadership, and results, all while pouring into the lives of their children and others. The picture listed in my banner is from a community event held last month by our non-profit, and the profile pic is of my first community job fair event. They were so much fun! Being involved in sports for much of my life has taught me about winning and accuracy. I’ve incorporated this drive in each position held. 💪🏽 Leadership and analysis are my strong points. Being inquisitive plays a major role gathering knowledge and experience to not only share, but lead individuals through trust and active listening. Being inquisitive also lead to my interest in data analysis. Learning the who, what, when, and why by data review and process improvement has been a leading component for my journey.
